Seriously, just do a google search and search cityname + iron works, metal manufacturing metal smith, terms like that, how hard is that.

I found this place in Rockville, and a metal smith in Kensington and since I'm not in the market for any products you can do the rest of the searches yourself.

If they don't do it themselves, they should be able to direct you to someone else in the field.

I've been looking for someone for years. All I could find were the cheap, flimsy plastic ones from Home Depot. Where I used to live there was a company that would come out and make them on site. Haven't found it here yet, unfortunately.
