Go with the chicken. You can brine for 15 minutes, salt/pepper, and then cook over medium high heat. Serve over salad or with any vegetable you have. Pork tenderloin usually takes a few minutes longer.

I have both boneless chicken breasts and a pork tenderloin the fridge. Forgot to marinate either for dinner tonight. What's your no-muss, no-fuss, I have the ingredients in my cabinet/fridge way to fix?
