I just pulled a loaf of banana strawberry bread yesterday, I double wrapped it in aluminim foil? It was in there for at least 3 mos and was just fine.

Most cookies freeze well. They taste good right out of the freezer, too.
You can also freeze cake layers and then partially thaw and frost.

Banana bread freezes well, and then you can do thick slices the day of the sale. Sometimes they like having that at bake sales for something different since everything else is brownies, cookies, and cupcakes.

Honestly, one of the best selling items we had at our bake sale was chili. Definitely freezes well.

The charity my mom volunteers with is having a bake sale in 2 weeks and my mom is in charge of it. The only time i will see her is this Saturday. Does anyone have a good, freezable recipe? Im a dwcent baker, but would prefer something that doesn't take much time. TIA
