I will add this: She also has virtually no credentials... she is not a trained chef, nor educated as a dietitian. Just someone with a good idea and a lot of contacts behind her to help her make it big.

I just looked at her recipes. Most use some type of processed food. Weight Watchers is healthier.

I get her email newsletter. Some good stuff. Never tried her recipes though.

She's married to Dan Schneider, the creator/ producer of iCarly and Victorious. And he was on Head of the Class way back when.
