Doesn't every resident of Alaska get a big old oil revenue check from the state every year, too? Talk about lazy government. "Eh, we COULD use this money to bring about lasting change, but that sounds like work. Let's just give it to people. I'm sure they'll use it to benefit their families and their communities."
