Yes, last year everyone got a check for $1174 in welfare, even though the Federal Government subsidizes the state (paying in more than the residents pay the Fed in taxes).

Except that Chavez gives low cost heating oil to poor people. Otherwise probably the same and they can have each other.

Caribou Barbie thinks she's found herself a new line about the election is a choice between getting "free stuff" and "freedom." She's pretty chuffed with herself and is using it repeatedly.
