We were recently given a bread machine as a present and love trying different things.
But I have not been successful making 100% whole wheat bread. Most recipes combine part of white flour with whole wheat flour, and thisis ok. But when trying just whole wheat, the bread rises and then it goes down again. It tastes ok, but a bit too heavy. I am wondering if anybody had success.
My machine makes 1, 1.5 and 2 lb bread.
Also recipes for gluten free would be great. Thanks!
