I would drive to Dino in DC but Wildfire would be a decent choice nearby. If you're going to stick to McLean/Falls Church just go to Pulcinella or Tachibana.

Seems like you'd be looking in McLean or Falls Church. Maybe J Gilberts? I haven't been there for dinner in a long time but the brunch always has a ton of kids. If you want really casual, I have heard that Pietanza is very family friendly. I haven't ever been there. There's Mad Fox, though I don't think their food is that great. Some others that come to mind: Coastal Flats or Brio in Tysons, Wildfire in Tysons 2, Clydes, Sakura (japanese steakhouse - always fun for kids). There are so many restaurants - can you narrow down what you're looking for? And how far from Roden Shalom you're willing to go? It's in a pretty residential area.

My family and another family will be attending Rosh Hashanah services at Rodef Shalom on Sunday. We then want to go out to dinner. Normally we'd host, but our house is undergoing some renovations so that's out. Any suggestions for a good place to eat nearby to celebrate the new year? Family friendly is a must - we'll have 3 kids under the age of 5 with us.

TIA!
