Oh hey, you might want to move from MySpace to a new thing called Facebook.

Yes grandma, Gmail is much better than hotmail. Although, I have never used it on a dial-up modem. Good luck.

GMail is ten times more robust than Hotmail. Hotmail essentially stopped developing new features after it was bought by Microsoft many years ago.

Every 5 years or so they'll create a new "skin" but fundamentally it's an old service.

Something is going on with hotmail today. I don't get it either. They sent me a message saying that all my messages were put in the POP folder and would be deleted.

Weirdness like not being able to access my account, odd formatting or error messages. No one in m y contacts is getting spam messages, so I don't think the account is hacked.

I am getting tired of all the weirdness I have encountered lately with hotmail. I keep changing my password, and that fixes it, but it is making me less comfortable with using it. Is gmail any better? If I set up a gmail account, and forward hotmail messages, will I be importing the weirdness from hotmail?
Yes, I am technologically clueless, so no need to point that out.
