I was really impressed, too, having had pretty low expectations. I hadn't actually heard Lilly Ledbetter's story (or awesome Alabama accent) or Tammy Duckworth's either. "I continued to try to fly the helicopter until I passed out."

for one, I don't know how to fly a helicopter, for two, if one of my legs is destroyed, I'm probably passing out right then and for three, if both of my legs are destroyed, and my arm, and I'm able to remain conscious... Wow. Plus she gave all respect to her fellow soldiers who got her out and saved her life. And that mother whose daughter had had three open heart surgeries, and now they wouldn't have to stress so much because of Obamacare? GAH!
