On regular days, my kid's grade is schedule to eat lunch ONE hour after the school day begins.

Last year our lunches started at 10:15 and ran up to within 10 minutes of dismissal.

Lunch is served everyday--early closing before Thanksgiving, Mondays, early closing due to weather. You name it, lunch is served.

At some schools they aren't dismissing until close to 1pm (earlier and later as well), then the bus runs take a bit to get the kids home, so I'm guessing that ALL FCPS schools have in school lunch on Mondays. I can't imagine otherwise, and their lunch schedule includes Mondays for the district, but you need to ask you school specifically as the times are likely different.
