Late to this, but I've had only experience with Sra. Thompson. She was great. She has a calm demeanor in the classroom. Sra. Rogers is higher energy, I think, but have not had a child in her classroom. Perhaps another poster...?

Not OP, but out of district parents in Immersion may find it hard to gain opportunities to speak with these parents discreetly... Hence, the post on this board...

You should talk to some of the parents of older children. There also used to be a 3rd Spanish immersion teacher, but last year (since they went from 3 Spanish immersion Kindergarten classes to 2) she switched to teaching one of the "English" K classes at R.T.

I am trying to find out what people think about the difference between the way Sra. Rogers and Sra. Thomson approach teaching and student behavior in the Spanish immersion program at Rolling Terrace.
