I always thought inflatables were sort of tacky. Then I moved into a neighborhood with a median house price of $780K and discovered that a ton of my neighbors had Halloween inflatables. Which made it pretty easy to say yes when my daughter fell in love with a Christmas inflatable at Home Depot.

ok, so they're still tacky, but if all my neighbors have them, at least I'm not the only one.

So, this is my favorite time of year and I'm already thinking about how to "outdo" last year. Scarecrows, pumpkins, hay, animated door greeters, and the whole nine yards.

Here's my next idea.... What are you planning? Any ideas? How far is too far and then just cheesy?
