What do you think about the p90x cardio DVD's? If you want to increase the intensity you can try the p90x2 or even switch programs completely and go for the insanity program (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/insanity.do) instead. You're guaranteed results from these programs they kick your butt!!! I'm 35+ lbs down from when I started the insanity program and couldn't be happier!

I like Physique 57 way better than the Tracy Anderson videos. They're much more fun, fast paced, and I feel like I actually get my heart rate up during the strength work. And, they feel much more effective than TA's stuff.

Another vote for this. Do you like to bike? If so an indoor trainer can also be good.

I am currently staying at home with my 2 year old and 2 month old, and am running out of ideas for home workouts. My ideal is running outside or elliptical at the gym, but I'm currently limited to my basement during nap time at least 4 days a week. I'm currently using Tracy Anderson's dvd's (but don't love the dance dvd's) and the cardio portions of my husband's p90x. Anybody have any good recs for good, high-impact workouts?
