Ok this is the easiest chili ever but it is SO good. Every time I make it I am asked how I make such a good chili and then I just laugh.

1 lb of ground beef, browned with LOTS of seasoning- garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and this ancho chile herb seasoning I have.
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of red kidney beans
1 packet of McCormick Hot Chili Seasoning

You can let it simmer as long as you want, or basically serve it up as soon as it's hot. I shred my own cheddar cheese from a block because it melts better, and serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.

For macaroni and cheese, I use the Pioneer Woman's recipe. It makes the smoothest cheese sauce. I made this one year for Thanksgiving and it has since become the thing I must bring to all family functions.
