Bumping this up to see if anyone else has any thoughts on cardinal forest. We passed on the first house I mentioned, but are still looking in the area.

We live in that area and our son will be going to first grade there in 2013. I've visited the school and it seems very nice, quiet, and the teachers were great. The kids in my neighborhood all have great things to say about it, too. Also, the waitlist for SACC isn't terribly long.
