Put on some rubber gloves and clean it with some bleach, then clean the bowl. Pyrex is made from the same stuff as lab-grade chemical glassware, it will be fine.

Believe me, I dont' want to ask! If you have a dishwasher, I'd soak it first with liquid detergent and hot water. Then wash in the dishwasher. If you don't have a dishwasher, then wash by hand several times. I don't think Pyrex (glass) will harbor anything. If it had been plastic, I'd have tossed.

Ew, ew, ew. Even so, I would put it through the dishwasher, then spray it with bleach and let it stand, then wash it again. I would keep the bowl.
