That first house is cute and has potential.

I think kitchens that small is why IKEA was invented.

that tall skinny house is sort of frightening for some reason.

Could it be 2nd kitchen for the inlaw suite in the basement? For that purpose, I think it's practical

Bad floorplan or not, that kitchen could've been significantly better if they'd just used lighter colors and not cut off the entry-way. I mean who puts cabinets and counter-tops that dark (and black appliances!) in a tiny room with no natural light whatsoever?

That's pretty bad. I've seen NYC kitchens with similar sf (or less) - but you don't cut off the front of the room...

Seriously, if the house is small and the floorplan bad, maybe that was their only option...
And the cabinets and counters, while not my style, at least hold together.
