Like the GOP has had much expertise in selecting VP's as of late
First Palin and now Gallup's latest poll says no bump from Ryan selection. The only excitiment generated was with voters who were already committed to vote for anyone but Obama

Can't you picture the GOP outrage over Obama's lack of loyalty if he drops Biden?
