19:35 here! He does NOT rush you and has one of the best bed-side manners. I have not seen him since 2010, but I went 2x (saw Simsarian as a second opinion) and did not get the feeling that you had to be referred to him. Overall I just got a wonderful impression from him. I am in Northern Md and drove to see him.

19:35, thank you for your offer. I do have a question. Do you think he will see me directly or would he prefer that I see my internist first? It's not an insurance issue but I know some specialists won't see you directly. I would rather go see a neurologist directly though, and avoid that useless internist appointment. Also, does he take time and listen to your or did you feel rushed? Thank you!

Can anyone recommend a great neurologist in NoVA who takes Blue Cross Blue Shield - Federal Employee Program? Or, is that too much to hope for? Thanks!
