If I remember correctly, the answer is yes. This was based on our session at Lake Anne over a year ago when we were considering applying to the program.

Hi, we are very excited that our son got off the waitlist into one of the language immersion programs in Fairfax County. Just wondering if his little brother will have preference in the lottery next year for the same program. I would love to only have one school drop off in the morning.
