i'd say either put your hair up for the wedding (easier for dancing!), and wear long dangling earrings and a chunky bracelet (like the model). i'd say wear a dainty necklace if you must, but i don't think i would.

when you're out with your dh, wear your hair down in loose curls/waves, with a pretty gold necklace, something that's smaller and sparkly and will draw your dh's attention to your chest area

I would have my hair down ( It's you birthday which is suppose to be fun, hairup will make the fun go away "you are not going to a funeral or work )

Pearls don't work with the fabric.

If you wear your hair up, go for some dangling earrings. If you wear your hair down, go with what pp said, a multi strand necklace. I would stay away from pearls too.
