Mediterranean is healthy, tasty, and easy. For a summer dessert you could do ice cream/sorbet or fresh berries & homemade whipped cream.

If you make a mean guacamole, why don't you do make your own fajitas or tacos (with corn tortillas)? You can fry some meat, peppers, mushrooms, onions, then put out black beans, rice, couple types of salsa (hot, pico, corn), guac, cheese, lettuce and tomato for people to fix their own. You can serve it with a side of butter lettuce, green pepper, avocado, and cucumber salad - toss with olive oil and lime juice. Make dessert ice cream with caramel sauce. Super easy.

Please help! I need ideas for a small dinner party and I want it to be tasty, yet healthy. It would be really ideal if you could recommend items without any white flour and sugar. I was thinking something Mexican because guacamole is one of the few things I do well, but I am open to anything! No shrimp, because one of the guests hates shrimp.

Would love dessert recs but can easily just do ice cream Would love a dinner plus complimentary salad recommendation though! Thank you!
