I borrowed the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs from a friend of mine who bought the set but never found time to use them. I was so pleasantly surprised with the results I saw! Within 3 weeks I was down a whole pants size and could completely notice a change in the shape of my butt! I kid you not! I recommend this program to everyone! I'm pretty excited for the Brazil Butt lift Master Series to come out as well. I will definitely be purchasing this for myself. http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/brazil-butt-lift-master-series-advanced-workout.do

It works if you have never done butt exercises. It works to tone but if your butt is that bad you need to do more than just. 20 min video. I have it and it is good, on top of kickboxing, equate, weights...

I bought the butt lift video. Do.not.waste.your.money! I am a crazy workout girl, and I thought that my 41 year old butt could use some lifting. I used the video religiously for a good month, and there was absolutely no difference. I am already in good shape because I do a lot of tae Bo, and the tae Bo has made more of a difference. Plus...tae Bo works your arms as well as your legs, stomach, and butt.

22:08 here. I go to Zumba class and there's this one instructor...omg, her ass is amazing. She had to think I was checking her out because the first time I took her class, I was staring at her amazing butt way too much. It was mesmerizing. I don't know if it was all Zumba or she has done some insane squats or what, but it's what I aspire to.

OP here - I'm a huge fan of the 30 Day Shred. That said, I've been rotating the videos for 3 months now and could use a little more variety. Now that I've gotten used to Jillian's intensity (which is more of a recent trend in fitness), it's hard to justify the 45-minute 'strength and toning' videos from 10-20 years ago.

I always see those infomercials on like Comedy Central at 3am and wonder the same thing! I'm going to give Jillian Michaels a try first though.

Anyone done it? Thoughts?

I wish I could buy each video separately, but I'd take the plunge if the $60 is worth it. After all, that's like a month at a gym.

As I get older I'm finding it hard to build muscle and tone my thighs and butt without a lot of targeted exercises for the bottom half, which is why I thought this might be a good video for that?
