Can someone compare these to flaxseed? We already put flaxseed in all sorts of stuff for the kids -- oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, nut butter sandwiches. Is chia better or just the new "it" thing? Thanks!

Can I ask what you are using them for? I saw them and couldn't figure out what to do with them but I have heard they are really good for you

Like OPs DH I put them in everything. Particularly smoothies.

I buy mine online.

we buy them on Amazon (way cheaper) but I see them at WF.

PP, we use them like poppy seeds and put them in baked goods, and also add them to granola and yogurt. Really good for you.

Mom's Organic Market carries them. You can also order them for a great price on Amazon.

OP here. My DH wants to get them and we coulnd't figure out where they were. I should've asked at TJs when I couldn't find them readily.

He wants to throw them in literally everything due to their health factor. Smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

Whole Foods in the supplements section. I have put them in smoothies. They just taste a little "nutty."
