Indian first names are not generally that hard to pronounce. It's surnames, particularly from southern India, that can be tongue-twisters for Americans. (for ex, "Balasubramanium.") I'd just name your kid what you want and move on. America is a melting pot.

Vishal, Krishan, Aveen, Naveen, Mayur, Kiran are all easy to pronounce and sound nice.

Can I just say whatever it is, don't call the boy Neal. I was at my firm's diversity event and there were 4 south Asian men, all named Neal.
