i survived!!!! except that i almost didn't.

i agree the best advice is to stay home, or keep the little one with someone else for the easiest time. but once we hit the water park and the little one passed out in the stroller for a few hours, it was all gravy.

Yes. People take older kids and babies to these places all the time. Not a big deal if two parents are going. Bring a carrier in addition to the stroller.

Agree with others. Divide up older kids with one adult, younger kids with another.

You need to have either another adult with you or a ride pal for your older kid. Otherwise your older kid won't be able to do anything and it won't be worth the trip. Take a stroller, sunscreen, snacks and drinks and limit your time to a few hours.

If the trip is for an older child, can the younger child stay home with someone (other parent/sitter/grandparent, etc.)? It's just no fun for the younger one.

Aw, come on. There is an older child involved and a parent who is sick of the limited options for trips for wee ones.

I assume there are older kids involved, which is why you're going? Obviously take a stroller and bring lots of snacks/drinks that they like. Take them on the rides they can do, like trains and carousels. Let them sleep when they want to, and keep them out of the sun as much as possible. Also, if there's a splash/water park area, that's a nice, cooling diversion.

Don't go, they won't remember it and you will hate it.
