I haven't been to Scotland, but it is a lot easier in Ireland and England to fine g/f stuff, so would assume Scotland would be similar.

Google the celiac disease organization in Edinburgh or Scotland. I bet they have a list of recomended restaurants and grocery stores.

Check out the Washington Area Celiac Support Group website: www.dcceliacs.com. They have a data base of gf restaurants in cities around the world. I've heard it is very easy to eat gluten free in Scotland. I would think most grocery stores have GF items.

We will be in vacationing in Edinburgh. Does anybody have info on grocery stores with GF items as well as restaurants we might try? Thanks.
