This orzo pasta salad recipe, from Giada De Laurentiis, is one of my go-to's and everyone loves it. I use spinach instead of arugula to keep it more kid friendly, feta instead of ricotta salata, craisins instead of dried cherries, and I leave out the pine nuts b/c I have a nut allergy. You can't go wrong.

DC's school is doing a potluck picnic around lunchtime. What can I make that both adults and children will eat, and can be served at a picninc? Must be nut free. Thanks!
