Nah, lots of young people don't do stupid things that mess up others lives and lots of older people do stupid things that mess up peoples lives. It isn't an age thing. She isn't a toddler. She knows it is wrong and has the self control and cognitive ability to make good decisions.
Immaturity really has no age limits. Some grow out of it, some grow into it and some just stay in it. Sorry, no free pass from me for cheating because she is 22 - she knew better. She is an adult and responsible for her life and her choices.
