Personal chef here. Freezing foods is what I do. Some suggestions: stir-fry meat in its marinade (you can keep frozen veg separate and combine a la minute), meatballs or burgers, satay, chicken wings, chicken tenders (won't be crunchy), kebabs, BBQ, short ribs, tomato sauce for pasta, dumplings, baked beans, precooked rice (plain or fried), crepes (you can use them as a wrap for all sorts of things), fresh pasta (ravioli, etc.; freeze flat before packaging), cheese tarts, cole slaw, twice-baked potatoes, cornbread (or other quick breads), pancakes, waffles, french toast, muffins, sauces, dips.....
