DCPS is cutting aftercare citywide. The PTA or others will have to find a private provider willing to take it over. This means it could be costly for the parents.

Watkins has several aftercare providers. The DC One aftercare program with the sliding scale payment is the one that has been eliminated.

but does that mean NO aftercare, or there will be aftercare but parents will have to pay more/all/help find a provider.....????

If Watkins does not have title one status I would assume that is the case.
