Shepherds Pie is easy to heat up and a nice alternative to lasagna or ziti.

I recently made meatloaf, mashed potatos, gravy and steamed broccoli for a friend who had twins and our family. I made our meatloaf in a loaf but I made theirs into six individual mini-loafs. That way, each spouse could eat at different times if they wanted. Otherwise, I just made double and put theirs into disposable containers and ours into our regular containers.

I've also made a large stir fry split into two and a full rice cooker (my large one can do 6 cups of rice) split for two.

Chicken piccata is easy. You can pack it up served over white rice with steamed broccoli and a salad.

Many BFing moms (including me) need to avoid dairy, so cannot eat ziti/lasagne. Our neighbors brought over a big pan of baked ziti, and everyone but me ate it.

Google bow tie fiesta from the blog blue eyed bride. It's my go to freezer meal and is super easy to make in bulk and then split portions. Plus it's really yummy!

Big pan of Chicken Marbella for each, along with cooked rice and a green salad.

Add a batch of brownies or cookies, and you are good.

I would like to make a meal for two families I know. One of them just had a baby, and another friend is away for a month for health reasons. I would like to make her husband and son a batch of some type of food to help out.

Any ideas for a meal I can make two batches of somewhat easily?
