Ok, I'll bite. I am not attractive by Western standards. When I was younger, it made me very sad and insecure. I was incredibly jealous of attractive people, though never mean to anyone. I am now approaching 40 and generally far too tired to think of how I look on a relative scale. I make sure I am dressed appropriately for the occasion, and I focus on my heath and feeling my best. I am trying to pass that feeling along to my daughters.

Why on earth would anyone want to look as they *think* everyone else does? Are you angry at tall, thin blonde women? I have news for you, you are not the only one.

Here is the "secret": work on yourself, and the others became invisible. You know you have made it when you don't seem to be *pretending* to ignore others, but you are at peace enough within yourself to be happy, and show it.
