My dd had her birthday party at cookology, and she and her friends had a blast. I highly recommend it.

Are you right in DC, or in one of the suburbs? There is a cooking school with kids cooking classes at Dulles Town Center. Probably wouldn't be too convenient if you're in Maryland or DC, but if you're out this way it may work for you...

I was actually at that mall the other day for something else, and was able to see inside as I walked past--the kids in there (older--maybe ages 10 +?) looked like they were having a good time.

second classy kids cook. they have nice camps with interesting topics. optionally they have ettiquitte classes in the afternoon (my kids didn't do this though so i can't further comment).

McLean Community Center offers awesome cooking classes for kids (and adults).

L'Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda has great ones but they fill up really fast.

Hey guys,

I'm new to the area and am looking for something to do with my kids over the summer. My 8 and 14 year old daughters and 10 year old son love to cook, does anyone know of any cooking schools in the DC area that offer summer camps?
