My daughter had it at the congressional plaza BR last week.

If it's a trip to get to BR, call first and ask if they have it. I recently stopped at one with my son after a soccer game and they didn't have Gold Medal Ribbon, which I though was one of their staples. I think I overheard someone saying that some months they have bubble gum, but not always.

Ice cream shop in old town takoma sells it.

Baskin Robbins on 8th and Pa Ave SE (capitol hill) had it this week.
