My son was in the infant room at Bluebird, but we switched him to a place closer to our home. It was not a bad daycare and the teachers were nice and seemed competent. The issues I had with it were not major, but here they are:
1. Somewhat difficult parking situation for drop off and pick up
2. My son didn't have his own crib and had to alternate with another kid. (He didn't sleep in it much anyway, mostly in a swing, but it seemed odd).
3. There was not an attached playground/play yard for when the kids got older. Not a deal breaker, but a preference of mine.
Other parents didn't like the fact that the infant room was small, but then again, the kids aren't moving or going anywhere, so that didn't bother me.
