Well, doesn't much of it depend on when you have to go to work/what kind of commute you have?

I go to bed btwn 9 (usually a pipe dream) and 10pm (more likely), and get up at 5. I have to be at work at 6.45.

9:30 / 10 PM and 5 / 5:30 wake up (depends on the day of the week).

To bed: 10:30 - 11: 30; Wake up: 6 - 6:30

DW and I are having an argument about when adults Generally go to bed. I go to bed at 11 and get up around 6:45 moSt days; she goes to bed more like 10 and gets up around 5:30. How about you?
