We make pops with plain greek yogurt, frozen fruit, and OJ. The frozen fruit at Trader Joe's makes this a cinch. DD's faves are strawberry/blueberry, raspberry/blueberry, and mango/pineapple.

I was thinking of posting this exact question. I just made some popsicles that were half juice and half vanilla yogurt. But I was thinking of trying some with bits of real fruit mixed in too. My mom used to make them with plain yogurt and juice concentrate - very creamy and you can make them more or less sweet. Let us know how yours turn out.

Not exactly low sugar, but we like to make pudding pops. I loved those things as a kid. The best part was getting the thin layer of ice off.

Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazine has a whole section on them this month. It's on the news stands now, but I don't see any of the recipes online.

other than just freezing juice, what can I do with popsicle molds? Any suggestions for yogurt pops or fruity treats with less sugar? thanks!
