There's also a swim shop in Kensington, on Metropolitan I believe, right near the intersection of Plyers Mill and Connecticut Ave.

Aardvaark is a swim speciality store located off Rockville Pike in the Wintergreen Shopping Center. They carry many different brands of competition suits.

Thanks everyone. What's a good store for Speedos (non-swim team family here) in Montgomery County?

Land's End makes long torso suits.

I have a long torso and never had a problem finding long torso sizes, especially now with online. My current one-piece is a long-torso from JCrew. Speedo and those types of suits used to have long torso sizes too.

Yup -- Speedos work for my teen DS with a long, tall Sally build.

We like Speedo suits. We have ordered online or you could check a brick & mortar store to try for size.

Go to a local swim team and find out where they order from. when we swam there were options for all kinds of body types - granted this is if she is okay with her one piece being a sport/swim Speedo type suit.

My daughter has a very long torso and as a child we were often unable to find bathing suits that could stretch enough to fit. She settled on tankinis and now bikinis, which solve the problem. However, she's now a camp counselor and is supposed to wear a one-piece. Any advice on where we should go shopping, especially which stores might have much of a selection of bathing suits left? I've seen some women's suits labeled extra long in the past, so I'm hoping something like that might work. I think ordering online would be disaster.
