I wish the article had citations to each lie.

So, this article from The Guardian in the UK references the sheer audacity of a presidential candidate who has no interest in facts. He's been corrected before on the inconsistencies and incorrect information that he gives on the political trail, but refuses to stop saying things that have been denounced as incorrect.

Do we really want a President who has that little respect for the truth to be our representative on the world stage? Among other problems, this is likely to reduce American credibility in international politics.

This is OP. I forgot to mention that I'm a republican moderate who is completely disgusted by the Tea Party and what they've done to swing the GOP to the far right. It's gotten out of of hand and their obstructionist policies when in office are what's causing so little to be achieved by Congress. Congress needs compromise to work, not hard-line childish intransigence. I'm not a fan of Obama, but right now he's the lesser of two evils.

it's the only way he can hope to win, what would we expect?

Interesting. I had thought his fact bending was confined to his record and his beliefs.
