go to the doctor and get it checked. Melanoma itches. Not always but it can. I went because my mole itched. Melanoma stage 1. Good luck and do not waste time thinking about going.

The itching can be a sign of skin cancer. Moles don't usually itch. But don't panic. Many skin lesions that are cancerous are often the less serious types. Definitely get it checked out. I just had one removed from the back of my neck because it had changed. It was precancerous but the dic said it would have taken several years to grow into a malignancy.

I got a bunch of new moles in my neck and chest during the first six months after having my first baby. They are all fine but I had them checked out with a dermatologist.

Go see a dermatologist. Hopefully nothing is wrong - then he/she can ease your mind. If any issues, better to take care of it early. Good luck!

Over what period of time did it take for you to notice the other three moles?

No painful, just tiny but itchy sometime.
