Monday - Zucchini & asparagus barely risotto, grilled chicken, salad
Tues - Quesadillas with leftover chicken, black beans, goat cheese, frozen edamame on the side
Wed - BBQ
Thurs - Panini's (Zuch, Tom, olives, goat cheese, basil), and roasted green beans on the side
Fri - Quiche with any leftover fridge produce, salad
Saturday -pizza with garden produce (I'm guessing more zuch, tomatoes, peppers, basil) and goat cheese
I planted too many tomato and zucchini plants this year and they are already coming out of our ears - is it obvious?
