On my iphone I have "look baby!" "peekaboo" "xylophone" and "peekaboo barn." I also have a couple of short (2-4 min) music videos.

For a trip more than 2-3 nights, we generally just pack enough diapers for the trip and buy a sleeve when we get there.

Don't forget: advil and a thermometer.

For any trip (especially air travel) where there might be unexpected delays, I pack enough snack foods that we could skip a meal and still stay on an even keel--my kid has meltdowns with low blood sugar.

For a plane trip: kiddie apps or short videos on a phone (I didn't do tv at that age but tv and junk food rules were suspended on planes).

I like the medium sized wipes packages (72 pack?) that come in the soft plastic packaging with a pop-top. Lasts about a week and it gets smaller as you go through the pack so it folds down flat.

Same stuff you would normally pack in your diaper bag x 2 and same stuff you would pack for yourself + 2-3 extra outfits, kid medications, pack and play, booster seat,.

We haven't traveled with DS since he was 10 weeks old--everyone has come to us. Now we have 3 trips in the next 6 weeks, and I KNOW I am going to forget some key items or planning points. Please help me out!

Trips include:
2 nights locally
4 nights via a 90 minute plane flight
4 nights via a 7 hour car ride (or it WAS 7 hours pre-baby!)

Tips, tricks, and "don't forget to bring..."?

Thanks!
