She did great! Just finished her second year and has never gotten below a B and doesn't get many of those. She absolutely loves it. I can't imagine a better place for her.

I have been at my center for years, and don't know anyone who was asked to leave. Leave voluntarily after consultation with the teacher, counselor, AART...yes. It rarely happens.

My dd's first year, the teacher told us at Back To School Night...."If I haven't called you already...your child is doing fine". Everybody exhaled.

I do know kids who went back to their regular school, but totally on the initiative of the parent who consulted with the teachers and the counselor.

If you are concerned, you can probably make an appointment and go in to speak with the school counselor. They may be available for an appointment now even though it's summer.

The key word is "asked." They may be able to ask, but I don't think they could force a center eligible child to leave the center.

I heard a rumor some kids were asked to return to their home scools because there effort and achievement was not there. I find this hard to believe.

Yes. I'm sure they could return if they fought it, but they never tried.

Never heard of such a circumstance.

Why? Can they return?
