I'm Italian and DH is Vietnamese so we have some good cookin' at home

I mostly enjoy southern Italian and Northern Vietnamese (though central Vietnamese is good, too -- southern is a little too sweet for my tastes).
I also love Thai, Korean, Japanese (kanto region, bring on the natto!), Greek, Ethiopian, Lebanese, Chinese (mostly Cantonese, Fujian and Sichuan), Peruvian, Mexican and Tex Mex, and god help me, German food (can't get enough sauerkraut and mustard, not to mention good beer).
But hell, I have practically never tried a cuisine or food I didn't like. I even think there's good to be found in the comparatively bland anglo cuisines. Though, frankly, I'd always choose a feistier cuisine if available!
