Bossy for sure. Not bitter. I am trying to help my team be better. Maybe ___ much posters can say, "Look, normally in this situation I would say 'Crazy much?'...but I'm going to try something else." I think if we react kindly, we can create a new dynamic.

I also don't like how people say/write "super___" so ... "super crazy" or "super tired" ... also very tiring.
