While googling for images of faint lines, I found this http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test-gallery/. You can sort by type of stick and DPO. Often there are images of tests getting darker.

Did anyone keep taking these tests to watch the progression of lines getting darker? If so was the difference noticeable day by day and when did the line get super dark.

Thanks from an anxious TTCer

OP here. Unfortunately, the cycle didn't work out .

I had the faint line several times that day and the next, and then it disappeared. Today I got my period, mere 10 days after IUI. My cycle tends to be short but since I started taking Clomid, it shortened 3days in 3 cycles. So now I have another thing to worry about on top of everything.

The Wondfo test seems pretty good. I never got an evaporation line for any of the negative tests. It's funny how maddeningly white that stick can be - at some point I was almost hoping for the evaporation line.

I would bet anything this is a true early positive. I got a sooooo faint, barely-there line on a wondfo at 7 dpo and by the next day, it was a pretty clear positive. Good luck OP! Keep us posted.

Thanks a lot, this is really helpful. I am going to drink a gallon of water now and keep testing till midnight . Needless to say, I did the 5 minutes test as well and it did have a faint line (fainter than the first one but clearly a line).

Just don't run out of tests

That is brilliant about the u crossing the line. I've noticed that when the Wondfos are negative they are REALLY REALLY negative - sometimes I thought that I've never seen something that white.

Easier said than done, unfortunately.

A + test line will show up within the testing window (I think it is 5 minutes on Wondfos). 6 DPO is *really* early, but Wondfos are sensitive (it picked up my BFP with a beta of only 7).

One thing that might help that I observed from my months of testing and BFNs - when a Wondfo is going to be negative, the test line is bright white as the U crosses it, and then fades to the same color as the rest of the test. When a test is going to be positive, the test line is the same color as the rest of the test or slightly pink as the U crosses it.

Good luck! I hope you get the result you are hoping for.

If you are only a week from the trigger, it is probably the trigger still hanging around. Trigger has lasted between 8 and 13 days for me in the past. Wait another couple of days before you test again.

I heard on this board about Wondfo tests and I got my first bag of 25 tests yesterday. I am 6dpo today (I think - it is a week after the trigger) and I took a test today for the practice sake. I didn't even look at the test 5 min as they said because I assumed there will be nothing to see. About 1-2 hours later I looked at it and I saw a clear though faint second line. Obviously, now I have my hopes up. Can this be a positive?
