Was at the Comus Inn for a wedding reception a few years back and had a lobster bisque I still daydream of. Wine selection was not as great. The view's lovely and it's right next to a vineyard where you could do a tasting.

I'd also think of heading over to Frederick and going to Volt or the Tasting Room or a couple of the other neat options over there.

I haven't been Ina few years but it is a lovely setting for a holiday meal. Picture perfect views and old time charm.

Does anyone have recent experience of dining at the Comus Inn?

I have been reading online reviews and they seem very erratic so I can't tell what to expect.

We are thinking of going there for Thanksgiving....

There aren't a lot of options in the immediate area. Comus Inn is definitely the closest. Monocacy Crossing is good and isn't too far; it's on Rt. 355 before you get into Frederick.

Comus Inn is definitely the closest. Frederick isn't too far away - you could go to Volt.
