I'm just shocked that he limited himself to repeated punches. Choking, gouging - anything's fair game at that point.

It is different, no question - and in the later circumstance he'd likely be charged - but there's no jury in the world that would convict him. He might not be acquitted, but there's no queston that at least one in 12 people (myself included) would hold firm on, "Good for you."

Should happen more often. Kudos to the dad. One less POS on the planet.

Yes, I imagine so.

However, I also think that most juries would still let him go. I'd hold firm, claiming he had a right to defend his daughter. You can't rehabilitate molesters, and the thought of using my tax money to keep them comfortable makes me ill.

One less child molester in the world. Yes, he saved his daughter, but there is no telling how many more little kids he has saved from this monster. He's my hero.

My heart breaks for this man and his daughter. I am glad he killed him. I am horrified at how this pedophile manipulated this family so he could gain access to their child. I hope people read the story and let it burn in. Stuff like this happens to kids all the time, people are in such denial about it. If it had been me, I would have called up some bad asses to go to work on him with a pair of pliers and a blow torch, he would have lived the rest of his short life in agonizing pain.

What a horrible situation, but I think he was more than justified. Good for him for defending his daughter. Horrible that it happened to her, and also horrible that the father will probably feel guilt of killing someone, despite being justified that's tough to live with.

Good for him! I'd do the same thing. And his daughter will know how much her daddy loves her.
