The back of the house looks odd. Looking at the posted floor plan you can see that a second bath was added on the second floor right above the back porch. Does anyone else find that strange?

$50K is not a ridiculous amount for finishing a basement. Esp if you have plumbing work to do.

I think its a great house for under 800k. A young family would do well there.

They just think they're being clever. Sadly, they're not.

And can people PLEASE stop thinking they've called out the listing agent on every frigging house thread? I'm an agent, and I and other agents on this board have all said unequivocally that posting our listings here would be a really bad idea.

Rina, it is reasonably priced but not a steal.

$50k sounds a bit steep for a basement.

It is fairly priced - not a steal.

It has an unfinshed basement (add in $50K in AU Park to finish it)
3 bedrooms up - plus a fnished attic but it looks like the only way to get to the finished attic is through a bedroom - so there is no way it can ever be more than a 3 bedroom.

It is only 1620 sq ft.

That's a good price for 2 baths up, but isn't the lot really small (even for AU Park?) And the addition in the back is really weird looking and doesn't fit the house at all.

AU Park. Where dreams of partner go to die. Have fun with your cargo pants, ugly glasses, thinning hair, toe shoes and Janney fundraisers.

A steal at $790K, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
